By accessing or using PWND's breach monitoring service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PWND provides a breach monitoring service that allows users to check if their credentials appear in known data breaches. Our Service includes:

  • Search functionality for emails, URLs, and other identifiers
  • API access for automated checks
  • Download capabilities for breach data (based on subscription)
  • Real-time breach monitoring and alerts

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

5.2 Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. API Usage

  • API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan
  • API keys must be kept secure and not shared
  • We may revoke API access for violations of these Terms
  • API documentation must be followed for proper implementation

7. Data and Content

7.1 Breach Data

The breach data we provide is for informational and security purposes only. You agree to use this data responsibly and legally.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your queries to provide the Service.

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by PWND and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or completeness of breach data
  • We are not responsible for actions taken based on our data
  • Service availability is not guaranteed

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PWND harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
